On several occasions, I have had what is easily the BEST bacon-and-egg muffin I have ever had; it's consistently perfect and amazing. Cessna staff are amazing, they're very friendly and welcoming. I think however because they have the monopoly on eateries in the area they feel the need to charge to the max. It wouldn't hurt so much if the food was great, but it's not, it's average at best. Custom made sandwiches are skimped on with ingredients, breakfast items are also skimped on or under/over cooked.
