It was the first time we had called in to eat yesterday, the restaurant was nicely decorated clean and airey. We had a great meat n potato pie with plenty veg and gravy. Proper home cooked food, and were so impressed that we booked for Sunday lunch. Went for Sunday lunch option was beef or chicken after speaking to other customers who advised not to eat the burnt beef we chose the chicken that was so chewy it was impossible to eat the roast potatoes had been fried along with the stogist Yorkie I have ever tasted Yes this was only £1.00 per course but the problem was the cooking not the portions it was inedable so would not return View all feedback.
