Being from out of town, and needing a place that would cater to my dietary needs, we once again relied on Swiss Chalet. As my husband always says, they offer a 'standard level of standardness'. Six of us arrived around 6, there was a wait line even though there were quite a few empty tables. Waitress did not come for about 10 minutes to take our drink order, that was our shortest wait. It took over an hour for our food to come. The wait was bad enough but the Waitress just dropped drinks, appetizers & dipping sauce at the end of the table. No explanation, no apologies.
