The staff wanted to charge me OVER $50 for a SINGLE BURGER because they don't understand how their own computer system works, they told me they have to ring in a full burger order for any additional patties, despite showing them a receipt from another Five Guys showing multiple extra patties can be added (and trying to walk them thro...
