If you're looking for good bbq in Knoxville, it doesn't exist, PERIOD. The ribs at this place are dry. The brisket is dry. Everything is over priced. The employees seem to hate their jobs, although I can't say I blame them, seeing the clustered dump of a hole in the wall, they call the workspace. Moral of the story is, don't waste your money here.
