this is a very well-equipped restaurant with a good menu, excellent pleasant staff, some of which can speak better English (and if they realize that their German is limited, the pretty young girl who has lived in Britain is called). we had a cod and it was excellent. we had noticed that the portions are very large and so a meal with two tellers (not unusual in Germany). Kaffeewirtschaft was good. I had a flammkuchen with salmon, green onions and rucola. It was tasty. But it just wasn't fantastic food. As a person who loves eating out in different cities, I was sad I chose Kaffeewirtschaft and not something with a more exciting menu. I think this is a place for drinking, not for eating.
