All the seating is outside and unprotected from the wind/rain.They have an amazing view of the Aachener Weiher but don't maximise their location to its full potential. The food is average, and the staff are a mix of very happy + polite, and rude + dismissive. I recommend bringing your own alcohol and drinking on the grass with the 1000's of others...
