We stopped here for an early lunch after viewing the Cathedral. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. We went there for a quick and easy lunch during our trip to Cologne.When we asked for the bill the waitress came to our table and asked for €27. (The correct addition was €21.80). We kindly asked to see the bill, but she told us the printer was broken. We requested the menu so that we could make the additions ourselves. Semina is the most friendly and accommodating service in Cologne....beautiful here to be on so....
Unfortunately no longer as cozy as a couple of years ago.
