Came in today 2/7/22. Customer came in yelling and threatening the workers in the gap of the counter. Manager Michael was able to deescalate the customer and avoid a very bad situation. The manager did a great job of solving this issue quickly and effectively. View all feedback.

the worst mcdonald’s always when I arrive in the evening at 4 or 5, the latte machine is always down at this place. I feel as if the crew on this layer does not want to work and talk out, not to serve people View all feedback.
