What Coral likes about Eating House 1849:
Eating House 1849 is a good restaurant to have a nice meal on Kauai. My issue is as a regular, there just aren 't 'daily specials ' so I have a limited menu. My favorite is the hotpot with the butterfish. I have been eating in Roy Hamaguchi 's Restaurants since 1995 and will go again. I just would like more options. View all feedback.
What OpenTable Diner doesn't like about Eating House 1849:
Our dinner and service were good. I just have such a hard time paying $40 and $50 for an entree in a shopping plaza. Yes, it was good and this seems to be the norm on most of the islands. I’m much more interested in the little known place off the beaten path. This place as well as Merriman’s just screams tourists. View all feedback.
