Ordered eggs on toast and when I asked for butter I was told an extra 20 baht, which is basically a 25% increase on the meal cost! Never in my life and all my travels have I been to an eatery that charges for butter or margarine. I would have rated 5 stars as the eggs were excellent but for the butter fiasco...
