We are from Tyrol and have ordered 2 nice and very good sundaes. I also asked for a glass of water. The sundaes were not garnished with 2 waffles as shown, but with 1 waffle heart each. So we asked for waffles which we then had to pay for along with 0.2l of water. My husband also had a beer. I don't think that's customer friendly. But probably because we had a voucher??
