Rude and disrespectful waiter with a beard. He humiliated my family and refused to call the administrator so I had to ask the other waiters. They lied and said she was not there. I insisted to take her phone number and she finally came out of hiding but did not offer or solve anything. I have never seen such a low level of service anywhere in Ukraine.
