we think we have managed to be happy to have an evening reservation on short notice in this restaurant. in fact it was unforgettable. among our favorite: warm sacrira blossom tea, scallop and uni in vinegar, small rice bowl with clams, raw juur with ginger, marinated cubes with red pfeffer, grilled ayu and steamed nigata steamed white rice with thin slices of tamago and dried garnel.
