Fortunately no change for many years, the peat remains the best of the chaumes, long life at the cook, and the perfect welcome. Authenticity still there despite the disappearance of the fountain on the terrace.. Nice setting to the standards of sanitary impeccables. The dishes are hearty. The delicious peat and kirsch cheese. On the other hand, I regret to see a chickenhouse where the chickens have no grass while the meadows are very green all around.
