The boss was really agressif to my friend juste because she wanted to go to the bathroom before ordering. He had some physical agression to put her out of the bar. I came and try do understand the situation but the boss was to stubborn on his idea. He shouldn't work in customer service like that. And he even had a smile when a took the picture!
