There are so many good Mexican food restaurants in Northern Colorado so standing out is difficult. Don Juan’s stands out as one of the very best. $11 dollars for 1 cheese enchilada , even though It came with some rice and beans. $11 dollars is ridiculous to charge for 1 single cheese enchilada. NO THANK YOU!!!.
