The first encounter with the young woman at the restaurant, who seemed genuinely pleased to see us, was quite disappointing. She came across as cold and lacked basic customer service skills. I had to repeat my order multiple times; in fact, I found myself stopping her and repeating my request eight times just to let her know I didn't want mayo on my sandwich anymore.
