Don't make the mistake of trying the Cupcake ATM. We ordered 4 cupcakes, waited 45 minutes then went inside to hear another 15 minutes and they are still loaded cupcakes. Close the Cupcake ATM if you do not have the staff or the ability to load it so that children are not disappointed. Very disappointed by Sprinkles. We are from NY and expect a great customer service here. Terrible experience! You're losing business! View all feedback.
