arrival at 11:10 with a co-worker for lunch. he was ready within 10 minutes. when I was sitting there waiting for my lunch for 15 minutes. too much time I wait to wait for my meal to come within a reasonable time. waitress told me it was a few minutes. after 15 minutes the waitress said to cancel my order and I went to the subway. very bad service.
