I'll be short and sweet. Ate at Casa Vallarta in the Town of Ulster/Lake Katrine for lunch today and it was incredible. Restaurant was super clean and organized, portion sizes were huge, service was polite and prompt, and the meal was fresh. Can't say enough good things. The chips and salsa they give you are an added treat. Check the place out if you're craving Mexican food. Really really impressed. View all feedback.

Unbelievable. I tried calling 2x. No one could hear me due to loud music. So I drive in to put my order in. I very specifically asked for 2 soft tacos with only cheese and tomatoes, 2 large beef cheese burritos, and a chicken burrito. The guy even confirmed the correct order before it was placed.
