What User likes about Jack In The Box:
The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. The Drive-Thru loudspeaker is broken, so you have to go inside to order. This restaurant deserves 0 stars. I attempted to pick up a $6 order through DoorDash, only to find that the lobby was closed on a Saturday afternoon. I then waited in a long line at the drive-thru, and when I finally reached the order window, I politely informed the staff that I was trying to pick up an order for DoorDash and that the lobby was closed.
