My friend recommended us to go many times while we were in North and South Carolina. So we decided to go and I got the cookies and Gravy and my girlfriend got some chickens. I've been a chef in a restaurant serving mainly chicken, and I can say that the chicken she served was beyond the 2-3 hours mandatory requirements.
