They served an amazing flat white and a hot chocolate, both of which were delicious. I ordered a Mocha Explosion, which I usually enjoy, but this time it was disappointing. The staff member who prepared it mentioned she was a newcomer, and it showed. There was an overwhelming amount of chocolate, and the drink wasn't blended properly. Additionally, when she took my order at the window, she kept laughing, which felt unprofessional and immature.
