not sure how a Mexican restaurant can screw up a quesadilla, but max’s has done it. cheese was not melted and fell out of the still greasy because it had not been boiled tortilla. 830 in the morning, but not too early for fire. own restaurant grew up in restaurants, I lay chapala on 20. n wads. they cook with heat. we stopped and ate during the breakfast hours, tacos chilie rellano bean burrito with chips and salsa. the essensalsa was perfect if they prefer milder seasoned. this was our first time so it might be apice level options, not safe, but it was good. the 2 ladies that serve us this morning were perfect to not serve over or under. the prices are fair for the portion size. clean dining area and kitchen with staff very sa...
