This is the first time I've had issues with this cafe. I understand the girl making the orders BUT there was another employee who was to busy getting garbage bags taking it out. I waited in line for approx 5-10 mins n then there was no cream n the countertop hadn't been cleaned, no napkins. The other employee didn't even look to see the lineup forming.
