I come here all the time for their gluten free vegetable fried rice. Fairly expensive but always got good service, until yesterday. There was a different girl at the front counter. She took my order and I didn't want the meal. She told me if I didnt get the meal I will be charged $5 more. So I had to get the meal. They have never done that to me before. I ordered tempura udon.. when I took a bite of shrimp tempura, the shrimp inside was frozen. It was DISGUSTING! The chef clearly does not know what real Japanese food is. The waitresses was kind and nice but she seemed to struggle due to staff shortage. I will never visit here again. View all feedback.
