Every time we come we have a great experience the staff are always so polite. The frozen yogurt is great. You are allowed to taste the different flavors before purchasing. Your pay based on the scales of how many items you put into each bowl. I have always purchased the chocolate covered strawberries from the refrigerator area. My family loves Menchies, but we are getting priced out. Paid almost $17 for 2 frozen yogurts. Also, I was frustrated that the credit card reader asked to leave a tip.
