What User likes about Vaquero Steaks:
Every time in Las Vegas we have dinner at Gallagher’s Steakhouse. The steak is some of best I ever had. Lobster Tail dinner is also excellent. Usually Kana is our waiter and he does an outstanding job. Make sure you ask to sit in his section. Definitely try this Steakhouse when you visit Vegas or if you live here. read more.

Very disappointed. Steak was VERY overcooked, had to send back 2 out of 6 steaks (group of 6 people) Staff/waitress did not seem to care that the steaks were poorly cooked. We got the impression we annoyed them by having to have them recooked. Came to celebrate my son’s 30th birthday and overall just a very disappointing experience.
