Cook Chai knows his stuff, personable and got all 7 diners at our Teppan Grill spot-on. Ordered white wine took me going after waitstaff to ask after everyone at table served 20 min later she said was out. No problem we will do champagne. 5 min later we r out! Well that ruined our meal ordered seafood with no beverages to add to experience. If she had told us 3 min after serving everyone else would have ordered steak and got red wine.
