Giving a 1 star review to warn people abt the poor quality products and customer service. We purchased an overprice tumbler in hopes of being able to use it beyond our stay in vegas. Within the first hour, the tumbler fell a small distance and immediately shattered. We asked for a replacement since it was brand new and they refused.
