Really a gorgeous Panera. Like, I don't know if I'll be able to ever look at the crossgates commons location ever again after visiting this one. It's absolutely huge, perfectly clean, and has actual full booths as well as all different sizes and shapes of tables. My only complains were that my butter was too cold to spread and my bagel was slightly burnt. But the atmosphere made up for it. View all feedback.
