Visited Café Balthazar on my RWC 2023 trip. It was a rainy day and I stopped here for coffee. Here are many inside and outside seats. One can even sit at the bar. The service was quick and the lady serving us was friendly. Language was a problem but between our broken languages we managed. I had the best cup of coffee here.
