I have always loved their drinks, but the wait times are atrocious. Waiting 10-15 min when only ONE person is in front of you is absurd. Today I sat for 15 min while one person in front of me got 1 coffee and a bagel. I had to drive through because I couldn’t wait to get my coffee or I’d be late to work. It was a huge waste of time!
