I have to say that I was underwhelmed with eating. the pho was made fast and it was lacking authenticity. it was quite bland and definitiw not the slow made and flavor infused pho would be expected. the ingwer garlic cocks were very hard and almost unusable and dirty again. the pad thai was perfect.
