I have never been treated so rudely by staff ever in my life. We arrived at the hotel and wabted to get some food at the restaurant. The waitor was almost angry with us, that we didn't make a reservation. He nonetheless gave us a table. The service was terrible, a lot of orders didn't come in and he was simply rude the entire evening. Service: 1 View all feedback.
