Been about three times, all of which my food was barely hot. Overall, before my most recent experience, a 3* (edible but far from my first choice) but today what I received was a completely lukewarm sandwich with an obscene amount of juices or liquid from something which turned it into more of a stew than a sandwich ; the bread was soggy, and the sandwich was a complete mess.
