Very impressed with the staff, management, and food quality. Went on a Saturday am and it was bustling. However, we were promptly seated. Food came out quickly and was on par with other IHOP restaurants. I was especially impressed by the management staff. What Rich Hurlburt doesn't like about Ihop:
Walked in to 2 people doing absolutely nothing. They seated us and noone spoke to us for 15 minutes until i had to get up and ask for service. The whole time we were there about 6 employees were doing nothing but sitting around and ignoring customers. Every time i needed something i would have to ask loudly for someone to help us and each request took way too long. View all feedback.
