Good brisket, good turkey sandwiches. Fries decent. Been there handful of times and always have multiple registers open. Never waited more than a minute or so to place order or more than few minutes to get food. Not as good as jack stack, q39, or kc joes but as good or better than any other bbq in town. Picked up a slab of ribs $29, quart of beans, 2 fries for the 4th of July…the worst food I ever got from Zardas! My guests were very disappointed as well.
