Perfection. The cream puppets and eclairs could not be better. Crisp firm frusty puff pastry case with many genuine cream filling. The only thing my husband would change is freezing on Eclairs to dark chocolate. The amount of freezing again perfectly not an over kill where everything you taste is freezing.
