I was traveling solo, but often with a couple from Canada. We were hungry before the proper dinner hour, so had gone out on the streets of Leon looking for food. The owner of La Cuchara Leonesa was putting out his placard and standing in the doorway so I asked if he would feed us (at about 7). He said he would.
