We booked three days in advance. Came ten minutes early. We were shown to our table, and then promptly made to wait for over an hour to even get asked for our orders of drinks and food. We repeatedly asked for staff to take our orders, and were met with derisive ‘my manager will sort it’ comments from the staff we spoke to.
