It was an amazing experience! The cook Sebastian is a well trained, skillfull and creative chef. His performance was excellent! I loved how he put his personal touch in traditional cooking. Delicate and surprising. Claudia was serving that evening. She is a professional too. Very friendly, discrete, still showing personality. Great team! Thanks guys. An unforgettable dinner. The ramen was terrible. Noodles took almost all volume of the bowl, corn and wakame took the rest of the place, expected slices of stewed pork turned into cheep grinded meat. Soup? Which soup? There wasn't any bulion at all. Do not recommend. And please, when you cooking rice, try to add less water as rise shouldn't taste like mashed potatoes. View all feedback.
