Ordered Banana split as picture looked just as I was craving, but when it arrived, it was covered in chocolate sauce and cocoa powder with just plain vanilla ice cream. When I asked about it not looking anything like the picture and that I don 't like chocolate, I was told to 'not take any notice of the picture '.
