What Katrina Cadlett likes about Faith:
My children and I have been wanting to try the African dish Fufu for a long time now so I googled to see if there was a restaurant in close proximity to where we were to try some out. They were less than 10 minutes away so we decided to try out a few items on the menu. The owner was very friendly and took her time to explain to me what she had available and how to eat the soup. What Classic Pie doesn't like about Faith:
3 platters for $70 so I had expected better. I was so looking forward to some good African food but was greatly disappointed. For $25 I got 1 piece of fish, an enormous amount of rice with a few slices of plantain and lettuce. Then $20 for fufu and soup. There was barely 1 serving of soup in the container. There were a couple of old pieces of chicken, one shrimp in a little broth. The soup looked nothing like the fufu soup my friend made me a few weeks ago. The cook microwaved everything out of the refrigerator except the fish. The cook was nice but for the money they definitely need to step up their game.
