Edit 4/6/2021: I was recently back at this Einstein site a few times, and management has changed significantly for the better. Much better! (The way things were earlier: this is a terriblely managed place. Total chaos. From most types of bagels, at 10:30 on a Saturday. Customers remain silent while employees stop what they do to chat about the sky knows what. Nobody's responsible. This place needs help. View all feedback.
