Planned an event for which we were told for the of people the restaurant would be able to accommodate comfortably. Missing tables chairs so some had to sit at the bar. Restaurant not set up staff was walking in at the same time as guests. The owner lost my seating arrangements not once but twice forgot everything we had discussed despite having written it down.
