I don't know what everyone runs from. the cake I ordered for my daughter's birthday was caught in the middle, not what we demanded and not edible. if 3 13 year old girls don't eat it, they know that something is wrong. totally ruined the night and was a huge swallow to have no birthday cake anyone would eat.
