My family stayed a couple nights. We arrived at 2am and when I checked in Holly was amazing and very kind. I am a manager in retail and customer service is a big part of my job. Holly's customer service skills are truly amazing. We will be coming back in the future. When we checked in our kids were sleeping and she helped speed up the process so our kids could get to bed. Our room was clean and perfect. The staff were all very kind. Julianne really stood out she was so kind, friendly, and helpful!! The water park was so fun. My three year old couldn’t get enough. We will definitely be back. Edit: changed review to two stars bc we went back about 3 months after our first visit and the waterpark was filthy. Hot tub was closed all 3 days we were there.
