I'm a regular at this location for over ten years. I've seen some changes in the staff, but they always make my favorite dessert (cappuccino blast) just right!!! Susan is always fantastic! I went last night and arrived at 9:45 (they close at 10). While I understand it’s cutting it close, open hours should still be until 10. We pulled up and parked and I can see 3 employees inside cleaning up.
